Crash Tag Team Racing is a kart racing 3D video game published by Vivendi Universal Games for PlayStation 2 as the third installment in the Mine series. After its release, the game was released for other consoles under the Sierra Entertainment label. The PlayStation 2 version was released in a three-disc compilation.

The main story of the game follows its previous installments. The story is based on the main protagonist Crash Bandicoot, who must win ownership of a dilapidated theme park and find the Gems inside the game before Doctor Neo Cortex.

Features​

1. The game requires Crash Bandicoot to find Power Gems and Ebenezer Von Clutch’s Black Power Gems located in five themed areas of the park.
2. Players compete against each other in races and minigames to earn Oompa Coins, race Coins, and Power Crystals located in the park.
3. There are five areas to unlock in the game to play game.
4. Players can earn extra Wumpa Coins and Power Crystals by playing platforming games.
5. Players can unlock vehicles, and upgrade weapons, clothing, or minigames by earning coins.
6. Players who take the Wumpa Whip, get a temporary coin multiplier that earns extra money from Wumpa Coins and crates.
7. Players can unlock additional areas of the theme park by unlocking Power Gems at the end of a themed area to collect Power Crystals.
8. A costume for Crash is unlocked by earning 34 Die-O-Ramas.
9. The main feature of the game is the “Clashing” feature found during the racing section of the game
10. Players can “collide” with other vehicles to defeat other players within the gameplay.
11. Players can control a powerful turret weapon to shoot at vehicles to defeat enemies.
12. The turret can be used not only to shoot at enemy vehicles but also to repel incoming attacks.
