Tantalus Media revealed the video game ” SpongeBob SquarePants – The Yellow Avenger” centered on Spongebob. This is the first SpongeBob game available for both platforms.

SpongeBob has the ability of a Mermaid Man when he wears his belt. However, SpongeBob splits the Dirty Bubble into numerous dirty bubbles when he mistakenly places him inside a washing machine with a belt. SpongeBob must use Mermaid Man’s abilities to defeat criminals like Man Ray, The Sinister Slug, Jumbo Shrimp, Atomic Flounder, and the Dirty Bubble to prevent Bikini Bottom.

Gameplay​

The game begins with SpongeBob collecting these popular superhero abilities, and he aims to keep Bikini Bottom safe from trouble. SpongeBob, in his role as the Yellow Avenger, has to make his way through a variety of aquatic settings while facing iconic villains from the show. To keep the gameplay new and unique, each level combines battle, inquiry, and solving problems.

SpongeBob could release his new abilities, such as the capacity to control water and blow bubbles, due to the fighting system. As players improve, they can improve their capabilities, unlocking new abilities required to defeat new opponents and obstacles. For each fight to feel satisfying, players will have to use timing, strategy, and SpongeBob’s rapid reactions to overcome opponents. The game adds entertainment and character with lots of extra activities and connections to popular personalities like Patrick and Squidward. It takes place outside of the major missions. Gamers can take their time exploring Bikini Bottom, finding puzzles to solve and secrets to find.
